#✨ What's New in 2.0

Set a filter to auto-offer and Kops does the haggling: it offers below asking the moment a listing matches, counters when the seller counters, and buys the second they come down to your price. Disputes, returns and every Vinted order now live in Kops too, and each filter shows its last seven days alongside the buys it landed.

#New Features

#💰 Auto-Offer

Every filter now has an Automatic acquisition setting — None, Direct buy, or the new Auto-offer. Pick auto-offer and Kops sends the offer for you the instant a listing matches, at the listed price minus your discount, then buys if the seller says yes.

• Set your discount and Kops opens there, lifting it to Vinted's minimum only when it has to.
• Cap what you'll pay. The filter's max price is the ceiling by default; set a lower Max buy price to keep matching wide but only negotiate and buy below it.
• Choose which accounts send offers by assigning account groups, or leave it open to all of them. Offers rotate across the pool and fail over if one account can't send.
• Items still under Vinted's checks get their offer when they're released, not while they're hidden.

#🤝 Auto-Negotiation

The seller counters above your price? Kops answers. It sends converging counter-offers until they come down to your buy price — or stop moving — and buys the moment they do. No settings to tune: turn it on next to Buy automatically if accepted and it converges on that same price.

Each conversation shows which round it's on and what you last offered, and when it ends it tells you why in plain words — The seller kept naming the same price — they won't go lower. · The seller accepted — auto-buy takes it from here. · Vinted allows no further offer on this item. You can pause, resume or remove any negotiation from the thread.

#🛡️ Disputes & Returns

Something wrong with an order? Open the dispute from the conversation header — 11 reasons, covering both "not as described" and delivery problems like a parcel that never arrived, went to the wrong address, or came back damaged. Then follow it to the end:

• Book the return the way Vinted offers it on that route. A carrier label where one exists, or step-by-step self-ship instructions where it doesn't — with a "mark as shipped" action once you've posted it.
• The label lands in the conversation the moment Vinted finishes generating it.
• Answer a partial-refund offer — Accept or Reject — right on the seller's message.
• Or close it by keeping the item: withdraw the complaint, release payment, no return to post.

Your evidence photos now reach Vinted too.

#📦 Your Vinted Orders

Every order you've made on Vinted now syncs into Kops — not just the ones bought here. Each one lands in the right tab, carries its own price and condition per item, and updates as it moves.

#🧷 Bundles

Build a bundle from a seller's other items: pick what you want from a gallery, watch the total update live with the discount and buyer protection, and create it ready to buy. Vinted no longer asks the seller to pick a package size first — the bundle is yours to check out immediately.

Negotiated a bundle in the inbox? Buy takes the whole thing at the agreed price. Every item in a bundle is recorded and shown on the attempt, with an N items badge on your pipeline.

#🏷️ Description Hints

Kops reads what the seller wrote and puts it on the card. If the description says PRIVILÉGIER MONDIAL RELAY OU VINTED GO, you see The seller ships only with Mondial Relay, Vinted Go before you buy — and the offer form pre-selects that carrier for you. A listing that says not to buy gets a red Do not buy badge.

It reads eight languages, and it understands how sellers actually write: privilégier, privilégiez, je privilégie, que du, lists joined with ou and et, and common misspellings like colisimo.

#📌 Filter Examples

Pin the winning buys a filter actually landed as a showcase. Add a note, set what you resold it for, and each card shows its ROI multiplier — with the filter's average across the top. Share a filter with your team and they can see the kind of deal it catches, not just the criteria.

#📊 Filter Activity

Every filter row now carries its last seven days: items matched, buy attempts, purchases secured. A filter that has quietly stopped catching anything is obvious at a glance.

#locked 3-D Secure Outcomes

A purchase that goes through a bank challenge now reaches a real, final status instead of sitting on 3D Secure required with no ending. One challenge also means one notification, and a decline reads the same way every time.

#blocked Cancel Last Attempt

Cancel last attempt now sits in the buy menu on every surface — the feed card, the item view, the inbox buy bars — and it waits for the real answer before it tells you anything.

#🔑 Account Controls

A banned account is now caught on the next ten-minute check rather than at its next failed purchase. An account that's only paused says locked Buying account paused rather than suspended, because it releases itself after about a day.

You can also pause or release any account yourself from the feed header, with a confirmation before it rejoins the rotation.

#🧷 Triggered By

Every purchase attempt records the filter and folder that fired it, frozen at the moment of the buy. Rename that filter, move it, delete it — the attempt still tells you where it came from. Click the chip to open the filter.

Also in this release:

• Pickup-point purchases work again after Vinted changed the way it writes a coordinate.
• Cross-border buys with verification no longer fail at pickup selection. Asking for verification makes Vinted re-quote onto a different carrier, and we were picking pickup points from the old one.
• Pre-orders and offer-autobuy carry your purchase options — verification and forced carrier — the same as a manual buy or an autocop fire.
• Fraud blocks are handled like the other payment failures. Vinted hides them inside an otherwise-successful response, so the account was never rotated out.

#Filter Improvements

#📁 Folders in the Editor

Move a filter to another folder from the editor itself — type a name that doesn't exist yet and it offers to create it. No more closing the modal to find the row.

#👜 Bag Model Search

Filter bags by the model name the seller set: Speedy, Boy, GG Marmont. Vinted lets sellers fill that field but gives no way to search it — so nobody could target it until now. Speedy matches "Speedy 35".

#💻 Laptops, Desktops & Tablets

Model and storage filters aren't phone-only any more. And the model picker has a search box: typing galaxy note returns all 28 models rather than the twenty Vinted's quick-pick list shows. macbook returns 47. Every S, Note, Z Fold and older flagship is reachable.

#➕ Punctuation in Keywords

Punctuation typed inside a keyword is now part of that keyword. galaxy s23+ matches "Galaxy S23+" and no longer the plain "Galaxy S23". c++ stops matching every C, and cookeo + stops matching every cookeo.

Also:

• Large imports work — up to the full 5,000 filters in a single file.
• Adjust Verification in bulk — set None, Luxury or Electronics across every selected filter at once.

Confirm you received an order and leave the seller a rating without opening Vinted — including on pickup-point and locker deliveries.

#📱 Pick-Up QR Code

Tap the collection link in a conversation to show your Vinted Go pick-up code as a scannable QR, with the numeric fallback underneath. And "informations de suivi" opens the shipping timeline.

#pending Shipping-Delay Requests

A seller asking for more time can be answered in the thread — Accept or Refuse, both behind a confirmation.

#🧵 A List That Stays Put

One order across every account and every Vinted domain, and opening a conversation no longer reshuffles the rest. Long seller messages are shown whole.

#🎟️ Promo Codes on Upgrades

The upgrade screen takes a promo code. It discounts what you pay today, and if the code runs longer than one charge, your renewals too — with the saving spelled out before you confirm. Codes are also read correctly on paid-plan upgrades, where a working one could come back as "invalid or expired".

#lightning Thousands of Filters at Once

Very large filter libraries could leave the live feed stuck retrying instead of showing new items. It keeps up now, however many filters you run.

The accounts page loads in one shot. With enough accounts it used to hammer Kops hard enough to slow down the rest of your dashboard.

#🌍 Region-Aware Vinted Links

Running two markets? An item caught by a UK-scoped filter opens on vinted.co.uk and a US-scoped one on vinted.com, so you land where the right account is already logged in.

#🖼️ Feed Images

Newly listed items no longer show a stale or broken photo once they clear Vinted's checks. Full-screen view falls back through the smaller sizes when the largest is missing, and hovering a thumbnail stops flashing every thumbnail to a placeholder. Switching tabs and coming back keeps your "new items" pill and the item you had open.

#📦 Shipping Groups That Stick

A shipping group set to Priority could revert to Nearest hours later — or the other way round after a release — with nobody touching it. Your choice is now the only thing that writes it, a save Vinted rejects says so instead of looking like it worked, and your ranked pickup points survive a save that doesn't mention them.

Also:

• Autocop state syncs across tabs and devices, so every screen shows the same thing.
• iOS stops zooming when you tap the message field in a conversation.
• Opening a conversation from a notification no longer flashes the mobile nav bar over it.
• Seller chips link to your chosen Vinted market rather than always vinted.fr.
