#✨ What's New in 2.1

The Purchases page is rebuilt: filter, group and sort every column, follow a parcel through the stage it is actually at, and act on the ones that need you. Filters gain bulk duplication, notes and a searchable category picker.

#Purchases, Rebuilt

/purchases was five columns, one status per order, and a single In progress bucket for everything that hadn't finished. It is now a table you drive — eight tabs, eleven columns — over a delivery timeline that reflects where each parcel really is.

#🔎 View Options

One View control per table — a popover on desktop, a sheet on mobile — with Filter, Group by, Sort and Columns. It applies to every order you own, not the page on screen. /attempts, /pre-orders and /filters use the same panel.

#📮 Delivery Stages

An order used to carry one status for its whole journey. Each moment is now its own stage, with a badge and a line explaining it:

Payment pending · Awaiting label · Label ready · In transit · At verification · Ready for pickup · Delivered

#📑 A Tab Per Stage

Everything that hadn't finished used to live in one In progress bucket, beside Completed and Canceled. There is now a tab per moment of an order's life:

All · Preparation · In delivery · To collect · To validate · Done · Cancelled · Dispute

What's waiting on you is separated from what's simply in transit. To collect carries the pick-up QR for parcels waiting at a point. To validate holds delivered orders for the 48 hours you have to confirm receipt or open a dispute, with both actions on the row.

#locked Close An Order Yourself

When the account behind an order is gone, Vinted will never send another update. Kops now says so instead of showing a countdown that can't resolve, and lets you close the order as completed or cancelled. Reversible at any time.

#🧾 Six New Columns

The table went from five columns to eleven: Carrier, Pickup point, Ships from (the seller's country), Shipment name (who each parcel is addressed to), Ended (when a cancelled order actually finished) and a per-row Actions column.

Each one can be hidden, sorted and grouped on. Ships from and Shipment name are off by default; the delivery deadline and any open dispute now render on the row itself.

#Filters

#🧬 Bulk Duplicate

Copy any number of filters in one action, with a suffix on every name and a destination folder. Copies start disabled with auto-buy off.

#📝 Notes

Every filter takes a free-text note — shared with anyone the filter is shared with, carried along when you duplicate it, never used for matching.

#🧭 Category Search

The category picker now ranks results, shows each one's full path, and keeps a trail while you browse. Four different Trainers are finally distinguishable.

#👁️ Preview

The preview pane is back in the editor, with a mobile layout and a third column of samples on wide screens.

#📊 Sorting

Sort the filters page by name, Matches (7d), Attempts (7d), Purchases (7d), last updated or created. Custom order stays the default, so drag-to-reorder remains the resting state.

#🎨 Colours

A colour picked in one language now matches items labelled in another — Multicolore catches what Vinted calls Multi. Swatches come from Vinted's own palette.

#🚚 Carriers

Forcing a carrier now works at the brand level, so Chronopost covers every service Vinted quotes under it. Carrier preferences for home delivery are applied again, and real brand logos replace the generic truck.

#🤝 Negotiation

A seller who declines without naming a price now gets one best-and-final at your ceiling, instead of ending the negotiation there.

#pending Pre-Orders

A listing that briefly disappears no longer kills a pre-order. An item that sells while you wait reports as sold, and the checks on items you're waiting for run in their own lane.

#🔑 Accounts

Reconnecting works again. A banned account stays banned across a restart, a re-added account starts buying again, and a card no longer vanishes from a working account.

#message Message After You Buy

Send the seller a short note automatically, from the buying account, seconds after a purchase is confirmed. Write up to three and Kops picks at random. Off by default.

#🔕 Bank Challenges

Approving a 3-D Secure challenge no longer rings a second time or notifies you about your own action, and Reserved — Kops clears when the hold ends.

#🛠️ Disputes

Delivery disputes now offer the reasons Vinted allows for that specific order, so what you pick is what gets accepted.

#🛡️ Quarantine On Manual Purchases

A new switch decides whether a failed manual purchase counts toward that account's cooldown, the same way an automatic one does.

#warning Account Removal

The warning before removing an account now matches what happens: history and orders stay, seller conversations leave your inbox, and inbox automation is switched off for good.

#Subscription Management

#⏸️ Pause

A pause starts when the month you already paid for runs out, lasts one to three months, and restarts on its own. The confirm button carries the date, and what restarting early would cost is on screen before you click.

#💳 Cancel

Cancellation moves to Stripe's billing portal, one click behind Manage billing.

#Performance

• The order you just won appears in seconds, instead of after a wait of several minutes.
• Older parcels keep updating. A delivered order no longer sits on Preparation because it fell out of your most recent orders.
• Large filter libraries stop setting the pace. The matching engine rebuilds when a filter changes, and five more criteria are indexed.

#Fixes

• Moving filters into a folder in bulk works however long you hold the click.
• Orders are listed in date order, with the buying account named beside the price.
• The tracking button is greyed out until the seller has printed a label.
• The Columns list shows every column, with pinned ones marked Always shown.
• Buy with specific account is a visible entry on every buy button, not only a press-and-hold.
• The offer modal opens with the price already filled at the discount you last used.
• Bulk actions dock to the bottom of the screen on /accounts and /filters.
• Notifications open the workspace they're about.
• Grouping by pick-up point names each shop, and relay orders stop landing in the no pick-up point bucket.
• The acquisition section stays closed in the filter editor, with pills showing what's armed.
• The fullscreen photo viewer pages on scroll.
• The inbox unread badge matches the conversations it shows, the list catches up when you return to the app, and opening a conversation refreshes the buy bar.
