Purchasing Improvements
🕐 Pre-Order Queue
When an item is still in verification — meaning Kops is checking whether it's really available — you can now join a queue right from the product card. The moment the item clears and goes live, the queue fires in order, giving everyone a fair shot without missing the window.
blocked Seller Blocking
You can now block specific sellers directly from any product card. When blocking, you choose how that seller's items behave going forward:
- Hide completely — their products never appear in your feed
- Show with a tag, autocop off — items still show up with a "blocked" label, but autocop won't trigger for them
- Show with a tag, autocop on — items show up tagged so you're aware, but autocop still works normally
Blocks are shared across your entire organization, and you can manage or remove them at any time from account settings.
Filter Improvements
🔍 Improved Filter Search
Searching for a filter by name is now much more forgiving — typos, partial words, and approximate spellings all find the right result. Matching portions of the name are highlighted so you can instantly see why a result appeared.
🔗 Import Filters from Vinted URLs
The bulk import modal now accepts a plain list of Vinted listing URLs — no CSV required. Paste one URL per line and Kops converts each listing into a ready-to-use filter. The modal auto-detects whether you're pasting URLs or a CSV and handles each correctly.
Settings
👥 Team Seats & Member Invitations
Organizations can now add employee seats directly from the billing settings and invite team members by generating a shareable invite link. Assign roles on the spot — Admin, Employee, or Spectator — so everyone gets exactly the access they need.
💸 Referral Payouts via PayPal
If you participate in the Kops referral program, you can now link your PayPal account and request a payout directly from the referral tab. Commission history, hold balances, and payout status are all visible in one place.
📞 Contact Phone for Shipping
A contact phone number field is now available in the shipping settings modal. This number is used when relay point delivery requires a contact to be on file — set it once and it applies to all purchases from that account.
refresh Refresh Discord Roles
The Integrations settings tab now has a manual refresh button for Discord. Use it to force a role sync if your Kops subscription status changed but your Discord roles haven't updated yet.
UI & UX Polish
⏱️ Quarantine Countdown
Quarantined accounts now display a live countdown next to their status on the accounts page — showing exactly how many hours and minutes remain before the account is automatically released. No more guessing.
📌 Sticky Feed Header
The feed page now has a scroll-aware sticky header — it hides as you scroll down to give you more space, and reappears as soon as you scroll back up. Stays out of the way when you're browsing, always accessible when you need it.
📖 Smarter Help Search
The documentation search has been completely rebuilt. Results now show excerpts from the article body so you can see exactly where your query matched — not just the title. It handles typos, accent-insensitive French queries, and ranks results by relevance.
