Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kops platform available at kops.gg (the "Service"), operated by SAPE2SELL, a sole proprietorship (Entrepreneur Individuel) registered in France under SIREN 923 752 596, owned by Alexandre VARGAS LOPEZ, located at 984 Chemin de l'Hubac, 06740 Châteauneuf-Grasse, France (the "Operator").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Kops is a SaaS platform that monitors second-hand marketplaces in real time. The Service provides:
- Real-Time Feed — Aggregated listings from supported marketplaces.
- Advanced Filters — Customizable filters to match specific products by brand, size, price, and other criteria.
- Autocop Mode — Automated purchasing of matched items on supported marketplaces.
- Multi-Account Management — Manage multiple marketplace accounts within a single Kops dashboard.
- Shop — Vinted accounts sold by the Operator, delivered ready to use in Kops (section 8).
Apart from the Shop, the Operator sells nothing directly: Kops acts as a monitoring and automation tool, and all purchases made through the Autocop feature are concluded between you and the relevant marketplace seller.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Plans & Pricing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Available plans and pricing are displayed on the platform and may change at any time. You will be notified of price changes before your next billing cycle.
4.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. The Operator does not store your full payment card details.
4.3 Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
4.4 Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by subscribing and using the Service immediately, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, as the provision of the digital service begins immediately upon subscription with your prior express consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials with third parties.
- Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or any activity that violates marketplace terms of service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Circumvent any security or access-control measures of the Service.
6. Marketplace Accounts & Third-Party Services
By linking your marketplace accounts to Kops, you acknowledge that:
- You are the legitimate owner of those accounts and authorized to use them.
- You bear full responsibility for compliance with each marketplace's terms of service.
- Except under the warranty of section 8.6, the Operator is not liable for any suspension, ban, or penalty imposed by third-party marketplaces.
- The Operator does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data from third-party marketplaces.
7. Autocop & Automated Purchasing
The Autocop feature initiates purchases on your behalf based on the filters you configure. By enabling Autocop:
- You authorize the Service to act on your behalf and execute purchases using your linked marketplace accounts and payment methods.
- You acknowledge that automated purchases are binding transactions between you and the marketplace seller.
- The Operator is not responsible for unwanted purchases resulting from incorrect filter configuration.
- The Operator does not guarantee that every matched item will be successfully purchased.
8. The Shop
The Shop sells Vinted accounts: accounts on the Vinted marketplace, each in the market its product names, which the Operator signs in and checks before putting them on sale. The Operator is not affiliated with Vinted.
8.1 Who May Buy
Only the Admins of a workspace may use the Shop, and only while its subscription is active: not while it is paused or blocked for non-payment. Topping up the balance and ordering accounts also require a plan that includes them (Plus and Pro, at the date of these Terms); on any other plan, Admins can still read the balance and the orders, show the credentials of the accounts bought and report them under the warranty. The balance, the orders and the accounts bought belong to the workspace, not to the Admin who placed the orders.
8.2 Balance
- The Shop is paid out of the workspace's balance, in euros. An Admin tops it up by one of the amounts offered, some of which add a bonus, on a payment page hosted by Stripe. The balance is credited once Stripe confirms the payment.
- The balance can only be spent in the Shop. It does not expire, and it can be neither refunded nor exchanged for money, except where the law requires it.
- If the Operator refunds a top-up, in whole or in part, the share of its credit refunded, bonus included, is taken back from the balance. If a top-up's payment is disputed with your bank, the share of its credit the dispute withdraws, bonus included, is taken back too, and the balance is frozen: it can be neither topped up nor spent until the Operator lifts the freeze. Either can leave the balance below zero.
- The Operator may also freeze a balance on suspicion of fraud or abuse, and adjust a balance to correct an error or settle a claim. Each adjustment shows among the balance's moves, and the Operator says why on request.
8.3 Orders & Delivery
- Each product names its market and its price per account, which may fall from set quantities. You pay the price shown when you order: an order is refused if the price changed in the meantime.
- Prices are in euros, all taxes included.
- An order is paid out of the balance and delivered as soon as it is placed: its accounts join the workspace's accounts in Kops, marked as bought in the Shop. An order is delivered in full or not at all.
- Each order stays on its page in Kops, and is confirmed by email to the Admin who placed it, unless their address refuses emails from Kops. The email never contains credentials.
- The Operator chooses the products on sale and may withdraw any of them at any time, without affecting an order already placed.
8.4 Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Accounts are delivered, and a top-up credited, as soon as they are paid for. By ticking the box shown before you order or pay, you expressly ask for this immediate performance and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
8.5 Credentials
- Each account's credentials — its sign-in email address and password, the password of that mailbox and, where there is one, the phone number attached to it — are shown on its order's page in Kops, to the workspace's Admins, while the workspace's subscription is active. The phone number is given for information only: the phone line itself is not transferred.
- Kops may ask an Admin to confirm their identity before showing them. Each display is recorded: the order's page says how many times an account's credentials were shown and who showed them last, and the workspace's audit log lists each display by an Admin.
- The Operator's support may display a sold account's credentials, for a reason it records; each such display is counted on the order's page.
- The Operator keeps each sold account's credentials, encrypted, as delivered.
- Kops never sends credentials by email.
- Once an account is delivered, you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential.
8.6 48-Hour Warranty
- Each account is covered for 48 hours from its delivery.
- If Vinted bans an account during its cover, it is replaced free of charge by an account of the same market from the Shop's stock. Where none is available, where the account was itself a replacement, or where the workspace's subscription is not active when the claim is decided, its price is credited to the balance instead. A replacement is covered for 48 hours from its own delivery.
- Kops checks each covered account itself: any ban it records on the account during the cover opens a claim, and it asks Vinted once more after the cover ends. An Admin may also report an account from its order's page. A claim is decided automatically, a ban Kops sees shortly after the cover ended included, or by the Operator's support where the balance is frozen, the workspace's subscription is not active, or the ban was only seen later.
- The warranty covers a ban by Vinted only. A session that ended, for instance because the account's password was changed, is not a ban: reconnecting the account in Kops before its cover ends lets it be checked again, and an account whose session has ended when its cover ends cannot be checked.
- An account removed from Kops is no longer checked: only a ban Kops recorded before its removal stays covered. The warranty ends when the workspace is deleted.
- This warranty does not limit the statutory guarantees that apply to you by law.
8.7 Vinted's Terms
Each account is used under Vinted's own terms, which you must follow. Vinted may restrict, suspend or close an account at any time. Beyond the warranty of section 8.6, the Operator is not liable for any measure Vinted takes against an account.
8.8 End of Subscription & Deletion
- While the workspace's subscription is not active, its Admins cannot use the Shop: its balance is kept, but can be neither topped up nor spent, and its accounts' credentials are not shown.
- Deleting the workspace ends its access to the Shop: its balance can no longer be spent, its accounts' credentials can no longer be shown, and their warranty ends. Note the credentials before deleting the workspace to keep using the accounts on Vinted, and contact support before deleting a workspace whose balance is not spent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of the Service are the exclusive property of the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.
The names "Kops" and "SAPE2SELL", associated logos, and visual identity are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by French and applicable EU law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- The Operator is not liable for losses caused by marketplace downtime, third-party errors, or failed automated purchases.
Nothing in this section limits section 8.6 or the statutory guarantees that apply to you by law.
11. Suspension & Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grasse (Alpes-Maritimes), France.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and R.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may submit a dispute to a consumer mediator. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
