Write a set of keywords once and use it in every filter. Connect Claude or ChatGPT and let it work in your workspace, with only what you tick. Forward a carrier's mail and the pick-up code lands on the order, ready for the counter.

#🗂️ Keyword Lists

Write a list once — Must contain or Must not contain — attach it to as many filters as you like, and edit the list to change them all at once. Each one tells you Used by 12 filters, so you know what a change touches.

Pick a group of filters and Find shared words lifts the words they already repeat into a new list, taking them off each filter so they live in one place.

Deleting a list asks what should happen to the filters using it: Keep the keywords on each filter, or Remove the keywords too.

#🤖 Connect Claude Or ChatGPT

Paste one address into Claude or ChatGPT, sign in, and tick what it may do. Your assistant then works in your workspace as you — building and editing filters and folders, keeping your keyword lists, reading your purchases, your inbox and your pick-up codes.

A connection is bound to one workspace and can never do more than your own role allows. Settings › Connections lists everything you have approved and cuts off any of it.

#🔑 Pick-Up Codes

Vinted only issues a collection code for a couple of carriers. For Mondial Relay, Chronopost, InPost, DPD and Royal Mail the code exists only in the carrier's email — so you went digging through your inbox, one parcel at a time, standing at the counter.

Point one forwarding rule at your workspace address and the code lands on the right purchase, whichever account bought it.

• The carrier's own scannable pass, above the digits.
• A locker's Identifier and Opening code as two labelled numbers you copy one at a time, instead of 3600-4315 under a single label.

Take the orders you are looking at out of Kops, to a file or straight to the clipboard. Choose the columns, the date range and the decimal separator your spreadsheet expects — get that last one wrong and 14,09 arrives as 1409.

Amounts can be written as expenditure so a ledger adds them up, with refunds keeping their sign.

#🎯 Keyword Scopes

Every keyword group now names where to look — Title only, Description only or Title + description. One filter can require a model name in the title and reject a word wherever it appears.

#💳 The Card Code, Here

When Vinted asks for the code on the back of your card in the middle of a purchase, type it into Kops and the purchase finishes. It used to read Action required, you clicked, and nothing happened — a quarter of an hour later the purchase was gone.

The countdown runs on the attempt, and the code is scrambled in your tab before it leaves.

The documentation went from 9 pages to 58, in English and French — written screen by screen against the dashboard as it is today, and illustrated with shots taken from a running Kops rather than by hand.

The filter editor is covered field by field, and so are the buying flow, pre-orders, keyword lists, the inbox, pick-up codes, account groups and your subscription. Where a page and the product disagreed, it was the product that got fixed.

A new Conference replays page carries the recorded sessions, on every paid plan. They are in French.

• Vinted support tickets — a closed support thread carries Vinted's own contact button, and it opens a real ticket in your own words without leaving Kops.
• A word to the seller when you cancel — Kops writes a note in your language, you edit it once and it is yours from then on. It can be posted in the conversation too.
• Verify a phone number — add a number to a buying account and confirm the code Vinted texts you, without leaving Kops.
• Group orders by who is holding the parcel — on a hand-off between countries that is not the carrier that collected it. It exports as a column too.
• Visibility for each blocked seller — hide them completely, show them without auto-cop, show them with auto-cop on, or follow the setting you already had.
• Choose how far back the speed score looks — a workspace admin sets how many recent buys it reads.
• A buy-attempt heatmap on your profile, with your current streak and your longest.
• Filter the Cancelled tab by the day an order ended, and export that column.
• A parcel moved to another pick-up point is flagged, naming the point it left.
• Rows per page on the tables that page.

#What We Fixed

• A listing whose price Vinted had not published yet showed as 0,00 € — and cleared every maximum price you had set. One with no title yet slipped past the words you block in titles. Both now wait for the real value, and the card says Price pending or Title pending.
• A filter you switch off stops sending you listings straight away, instead of carrying on for minutes.
• Filters naming a material now match listings that name it in any language, or beside a second material, and a material you remove stays removed.
• A keyword written with a tilde — lã, ñ — is its own word again, so it stops matching the French la.
• Owning or creating a lot of filters no longer gets you refused for opening an unusual number of them.
• The filters page stops freezing when you fling through it, shows its count before the list arrives, and opens on a phone again.
• A filter imported from another tool keeps the seller limits and the age rating it was set with.
• A model reads by name on the filter — iPhone 16, not #5247.
• Minimum reviews goes down to 1, and you can type the number instead of clicking up in fives.
• Official verification can be set on a filter by anyone whose plan lets them buy in one click, not only on Pro.
• Cancelling an order works again, and says when Vinted has handed it to the seller to accept rather than applying it.
• A pre-order is checked against your filter again when the listing goes live, so a seller who raises the price during verification is not bought — and leaving the queue stops it for real.
• A payment your bank declined left a green Purchased on an item nobody had paid for. It clears itself now, and a refusal Vinted gives no reason for is no longer called suspected fraud.
• A purchase that went through stops showing the failure from the retry that lost to it, and a payment Vinted never answered says so instead of counting down to a link that will never arrive.
• Adding a card to a buying account goes through on ordinary Visa and Mastercard, and a card your bank wants to check says so instead of reading as a refusal.
• A contact phone Vinted will not accept for the delivery country is refused in your shipping settings, instead of the purchase dying later with a message about your card.
• One listing refused at the payment step no longer pauses your buying account for a day, and a paused account says why in words instead of a bare code.
• A failed purchase names the reason and whether a pre-order or auto-cop fired it. Losing a race to another buyer sends nothing at all.
• A listing matching filters in two of your folders is bought under the folder set to use the most accounts.
• An order placed by an account you disconnected says its status is frozen, and offers the one action that still works.
• A reply you half-typed waits in the thread you typed it in, and can no longer be sent to the thread you just clicked.
• A return label asks for its format and how you are dropping it off, a rating asks for the words Vinted wants with it, and an item complaint asks for the photo Vinted never mentions.
• Connecting an account Vinted refuses says the connection was refused, instead of telling you an item cannot be bought.
• A pick-up point with every carrier excluded says so, instead of blaming your address.
• More parcels get a collection countdown, and the screen above a pick-up code names the carrier actually holding the parcel.
• A refused subscription payment names the reason and the step that clears it, and Manage Payment explains that a booked pause locks billing changes instead of just failing.
• The audit log reads as sentences, and records it when a buying account loses its delivery address on Vinted.
• Errors appear in your language.
• A network blip no longer signs you out, and an expired verification link sends you a new one without signing in first.
• The unread dot clears on every tab and device.
• Label downloads work again.
• Tablets get one navigation tier, a dialog on a phone slides up as a drawer, and the status bar follows your theme.
