2.3 — Fluent

Quick replies in the inbox, a currency on every filter, Vinted drop pre-orders, 3-D Secure inside Kops, and sign-in with Google or Discord.

✨ What's New in 2.3

Answer sellers in one tap, with quick replies your whole team shares. Give every filter its own currency, now that Vinted shows every market in euros. Arm a Vinted drop before the closet opens, and confirm 3-D Secure without leaving Kops.

New Features

message Quick Replies

Save the messages you send again and again, and send one in a tap from the row above the message box — with Undo for three seconds after. {name}, {item} and {price} fill in the other person's username, the item and its current price, so Hi {name}, is {item} still available? goes out ready to read. Quick replies come with the inbox, on Plus and Pro.

  • Mine and Team: your own replies, and a set an admin keeps for the whole workspace.
  • Type / in the message box to search them — Enter inserts one, ⌘/Ctrl + Enter sends it.
  • Hold a reply, or right-click it, to edit it before it goes.
  • When Kops is confident one of your saved replies answers the last message, it marks it ✨. It only picks among your replies and your team's — it never writes one.

💱 Filter Currencies

On 1 October, Vinted started showing every market's prices in euros. Each filter now has a Price currency — euros for your existing filters, or one of nine others, pounds and dollars among them — and Kops converts Vinted's euro price at the day's ECB rate before comparing it with yours. A £11.00 maximum catches the item Vinted UK shows at £11.00.

  • Adjust Pricing on the filters page changes the currency of a whole selection and keeps the numbers: 20 stays 20, in the new currency.
  • A workspace owner can show prices in another currency with Display currency, under General in the workspace settings: they read as ≈ estimates, and a new filter starts in that currency.
  • Offers from a British, American or other non-euro account are now made in that account's own currency. Since 1 October, Kops had been sending euros, and Vinted read the same number as pounds or dollars. An auto-buy waiting on the wrong currency now says Auto-buy can't trigger and lets you set its price again.

⏱️ Drop Pre-Orders

When a seller's closet is behind a Vinted countdown, paste their profile into Add a drop on the Pre-orders page, pick the listings you want, and Kops buys them the second the closet opens — never before, and never above the prices shown. Drops come with the Pro plan, like every pre-order.

  • Separately, or As a bundle with one shipping fee and the seller's bundle discount.
  • Disarm a listing up to 10 seconds before the opening.
  • Vinted can change how its closet countdowns work without notice, so drops are marked Experimental for now: check your armed listings before the opening.

locked 3-D Secure In Kops

On a computer, your bank's 3-D Secure page now opens in a window over Kops, which closes by itself once the check is done. If the page does not show, Open in a new tab is in its footer.

Rather confirm several purchases side by side? Settings › Purchase Preferences › 3D Secure verification switches between In Kops and In a new tab. On a phone, the bank's page still opens in a new tab.

🛑 Cancel Any Order

Any order Vinted still lets you cancel can now be cancelled from Kops — including the ones you bought by hand or paid outside Kops.

  • From the Purchases page, the purchase window, an item's ⋯ menu, or the new Order actions menu at the top of a conversation, which also holds Report a problem.
  • While the seller decides, the order reads Cancellation requested, and Check again asks Vinted where it stands. If the seller refuses, the cancel button comes back.
  • A seller whose order you are cancelling no longer gets your thank-you message.

🔑 Google & Discord Sign-In

Continue with Google and Continue with Discord sign you in, or create your account. Google asks nothing more; Discord asks for your passkey or an emailed code only on a device you have never used.

  • Settings › Sign-in methods lists every way into your account — password, passkeys, Google and Discord — and connects or disconnects Google and Discord. An account created with Google or Discord needs no password, and the last way in can't be removed.
  • The sign-in page marks the method you used last in this browser Last used.
  • Every sign-in screen moved to one layout: a single password field with a strength meter when you sign up, the emailed code in six boxes, and Help in the footer.
  • Section 10 of the privacy policy says what Kops receives from Google and Discord, and how to remove it.

blocked Skip "Do Not Buy" Listings

Some sellers write NE PAS ACHETER when they don't want a listing bought through Vinted. A new switch under Instant buy, Skip “do not buy” listings, stops Autocop from buying those listings — the ones carrying the Do not buy badge — while your offers are still sent.

It reads the misspellings too, like NE PAS ACHETE, and German refusals such as kein Verkauf über das System. Switch it on for a whole selection from the filters page.

❓ Post-Purchase Questions

Each filter can now ask the seller its own question after a purchase — Could you confirm the item includes its original accessories? — from the editor's new Automations tab. It goes out a few seconds after your Global message after you buy, or on its own when that one is off, and you can set or remove it on many filters at once from the filters page.

🌍 Account Country & Language

From a buying account's details, move it to another Vinted country, switch the language it uses on Vinted — French, English or German — or replace its profile picture. A move pauses the account while it happens, lists what it changes — the address, the contact phone, the listings the account can buy — and takes you straight to adding an address in the new country.

Purchasing

  • Usage score — the Accounts table now leads with how much each account was used in the last hour and the last 24 hours: every purchase attempt, offer and first message to a seller counts. Its tooltip gives both counts. Speed Score moved to View › Columns.
  • Automatic Failover — until now Payment Failover, and still off by default and in Beta: once on, it also hands the item to your next account when one meets a captcha, a network error, Vinted slowing it down or a failed pick-up point lookup — not only a refused payment.
  • Fraud quarantine duration — choose how long an account rests after Vinted blocks it for fraud: 1, 4, 8, 16 or 24 hours, under Settings › Purchase Preferences › Safety.
  • Five messages, in turn — keep up to five messages for your offers and five for after you buy, up from three. Rotation replaces Shuffle: a seller you buy from twice never gets the same message until you have used them all.
  • Vinted's new Terms — when Vinted asks a buying account to accept its new Terms and Conditions, Kops now accepts them for that account and sends your purchase, message or cancellation again. Since 5 October, everything such an account did was refused until you accepted in the Vinted app.
  • A person's pace — automatic offers are sent 4 to 15 seconds after a match, their note a few seconds after the offer instead of in the same instant, and counter-offers 10 to 30 seconds after the seller's. The message after you buy reaches the seller about thirty seconds after the payment.
  • Ireland from Belgium and Luxembourg — Belgian and Luxembourg accounts now buy Irish listings, as Vinted allows since 19 October. The new Buying across countries page shows which account country can buy from where.
  • More on the item sheet — a purchase's details now list a phone's model, storage, SIM lock and battery health, a book's author and language, and every item's category, as they were when you bought it.

Filters

  • Select all, across folders — tick one filter and Select all (N) appears beside Sort & filter, taking every filter in every folder; on a phone, Select starts the selection. Each folder header has its own checkbox.
  • Zones that add up — Adjust Zones now adds or removes countries on top of what each filter already watches: a filter set to West Europe and given Ireland keeps its countries and gains Ireland. A preview shows what moves before you apply.
  • Bulk switches — the bulk bar's Enable and Disable buttons are now switches that show whether your selection is on, off or mixed, and set all of it in one press: Active and Autocop in the bar, Skip “Do Not Buy” Listings and Notifications under Actions. Autocop and Skip “Do Not Buy” Listings come with the Pro plan.
  • Keyword lists, several at once — apply or remove several lists in a single step, on up to 2,000 filters, all or nothing. More than 500 filters used to fail with Validation Failed.
  • Scoped list words — a Must not contain keyword list can mark each word Title only, Description only or Title + description, and every filter using the list follows it.
  • Move to Folder — lists every folder, with a search field and your recent destinations, creates a folder and files the selection in one step, and shows long folder names whole.
  • Sizes, however they're written — a size filter now accepts One size and Taille unique, 3 years / 98 cm and 3 ans / 98 cm, 38.5 and 38,5, and for women's clothing M, EU 38 or EU 38 · FR 40 — and no longer catches an item whose size merely shares a number.
  • Sizes in your language — on cards and in the size picker, with Vinted's own label when you hover.
  • Sellers from the preview — a listing in a filter's preview has a ⋯ menu to block or unblock its seller, and sellers you have blocked carry a Blocked badge.
  • Bag models — the model field suggests bag models again — type speedy 3 under Louis Vuitton for Speedy 30 and Speedy 35 — and says when the brands you picked have no models on Vinted.
  • 1,000 ISBNs — a book filter takes up to 1,000 ISBNs, up from 200.
  • Feed columns in any order — drag a column by its grip, or hold a tab on a phone; the order stays after a reload.
  • The match sound on the Feed — the new-match chime now plays while you are on the Feed page too, and only once when several Kops tabs are open.

Inbox & Orders

  • Report a problem, on more orders — Report a problem now stays available on a paid order Vinted offers no dispute for — suspended, still on its way, or completed — with a warning that Vinted may refuse it.
  • Collected, yet "returned" — an order Vinted lists as Returned to sender after you collected it now offers I received this order: Vinted marks it delivered and the order moves to To validate, instead of staying in Dispute.
  • Digital return labels — a return with a carrier that prints no label opens its label in the conversation — the QR code the drop-off point scans, and a code to type if it won't scan — and you can confirm there that the parcel was sent.
  • Dispute outcomes — a closed dispute now says how it ended and how much was refunded, in your order export and to your connected assistant, instead of reading as still open.
  • Seven more carriers — Bring, Budbee, Earlybird, Instabee, Slovak Post, SPS and Australia Post show their logo, single-day delivery estimates appear, and a parcel sent home after its pick-up time ran out reads as in transit.
  • Punto Poste PINs — pick-up codes by email now read the PIN of a Poste Italiane parcel, mail you already forwarded included.
  • Your assistant sees more — connected assistants now see who sold you each order and, for what Kops bought, the item's brand, colours, material and category.

Account & Subscription

  • Claude Code, Codex & Hermes Agent — connect an assistant that runs in your terminal, next to Claude and ChatGPT: approve it, then type the one-time code Kops shows into it. The approval screen names who publishes each assistant, Kops emails you whenever one is connected, and Settings › Connected Apps lists every connection with its last use and an End button. A password reset, or signing out everywhere, disconnects them all. Connect an assistant
  • End your subscription in Kops — End subscription is in the Subscription tab of your workspace settings, on the pause screen and on the payment-failed screens, whatever state you are in. Paid up, it ends at the end of your period; with an unpaid invoice, it ends now and cancels that invoice, so you owe nothing; during a pause, it ends now. Pause and cancel
  • Pay a failed invoice in Kops — Pay invoice opens a payment form in Kops instead of Stripe's page, its message names what your bank said the first time it refused, and four emails over the next two weeks say where things stand.
  • A day's notice before a trial ends — on a Starter trial, Kops emails you the day before it ends, with the time of the first payment and a Manage my subscription button.
  • Add-ons during a trial — adding account packs or seats during a free trial or free days now shows Due today €0.00 with the date and amount of the first invoice, instead of your whole next invoice as a charge for today.
  • Help from an error page — a page that crashes now says so in your language and offers Contact support, which opens the chat with the error's reference already written in.
  • A new support chat — the chat behind Support in your account menu opens in the language you use Kops in and follows your light or dark theme.
  • Shared browsers — each account keeps its own feed layout, folders, inbox drafts and onboarding, and Log out clears them from that browser.

What We Fixed

  • Opening the installed app on a bad connection — from its icon or a notification — no longer leaves a white screen for up to a minute: your last screen shows within a few seconds and updates when the network answers.
  • Every pre-order has its listing watched until release again. About a third had stopped being checked, so they could not fire when the listing went live, and one that sold elsewhere ended as Expired instead of Sold elsewhere.
  • The Resale Estimator lists the items for sale again — it had found none since Vinted changed its search on 14 September — and marks the ones Vinted itself shows as similar.
  • When Vinted turns something down, Kops shows Vinted's answer instead of Connection lost, and a phone number Vinted refuses says why, under the number.
  • You're offline no longer appears on a connection that works, and an outage on our side now shows the service-unavailable screen.
  • A parcel rerouted to another pick-up point shows that point again — since 1 October it kept the one chosen at checkout — and the parcels already affected have been corrected.
  • A video-game filter with a PEGI, USK or ESRB rating ticked finds listings again; it had matched nothing since at least February.
  • Phone filters asking for a battery of 80 % or more receive phones again. Vinted stopped showing those batteries on 1 October, so Kops now also sends phones with no battery shown, and the editor says so.
  • A payment Vinted never answers no longer asks you to approve it in your banking app — there is nothing to approve. It reads No answer from Vinted, then Payment Never Confirmed.
  • A buying account whose session Vinted ends early shows Session expired and asks you to reconnect it — on the Accounts page and in the inbox — instead of staying Active while its purchases failed.
  • Tapping a match or 3-D Secure notification, or an item in your recent purchases, opens the listing with its buttons again, instead of Failed to load item details. An item opened from a notification no longer pops back open after you close it.
  • Two refusals got their own name instead of External Error: Above Your Max Price, when Vinted's checkout asked more than your maximum and Kops did not pay, and Vinted Verification Required, when Vinted holds an account until it is verified — with the account's settings one click away.
  • A listing whose 3-D Secure expired while Kops was in the background no longer shows a green Purchased when you come back.
  • Verifying a buying account's phone number gets past Vinted's captcha by itself. When it can't, the window says Vinted Blocked the Request, that no text message was sent, and what to do next.
  • A buying account's address is now located even when the first map service is slow — about one lookup in five used to fail, and purchases were refused for want of an address — and when it still can't be, the message asks you to refresh the account in a few minutes.
  • Holding Buy Now to pick an account no longer shows the purchase spinner, as if a purchase had started.
  • Make an offer from a listing waits until the conversation with the seller is open, so a quick offer is no longer refused.
  • A folder's Autocop preferences now ask whether it follows your Global settings or is Custom for this folder, and a folder set to the same values as your global ones keeps them when the global settings change. Its lightning count updates as soon as you save.
  • Keyword lists update everywhere the moment you edit, attach or delete one, and a Title only group keeps its scope when you remove its last word.
  • The filters page lists and selects up to 25,000 filters, up from 10,000, and moving all of them into a folder takes effect for every one.
  • You can drag a filter into a folder whatever the list is sorted by.
  • A folder move, creation or deletion that fails now says so and puts the list back as it was.
  • Lowering a filter's maximum below its Max buy price no longer greys out Save without a word: the editor says the buy price will come down to the maximum.
  • In the Filters tab of your workspace settings, switching your members' filters, their Autocop or their notifications on and off no longer locks you out of the filters for an hour.
  • On a plan without Autocop, it can no longer be switched on for a filter — that filter would never buy. A filter switched on before says so on its lightning, and turns off in one click.
  • Restarting a paused subscription in the hour your renewal was being issued no longer charges the month twice.
  • Deleting your account ends the subscription of every workspace you own, a paused one included.
  • A plan upgrade your bank declined no longer flags your workspace as unpaid with an access cutoff date.
  • A brief outage on our side no longer signs you out, or makes a connected assistant ask for your approval again.
  • Redeeming a partner key after your subscription ended switches your filters and folders back on.
  • The weekly recap email shows each purchase's photo again.
  • The Discord card no longer tells a member of the Kops server that they left it when Discord refuses our messages: it shows the steps to turn direct messages back on.
  • Turning an iPhone sideways and back no longer hides the feed's stats bar until you reload.
  • The Sales Extractor no longer counts your purchases as sales, or adds up different currencies.

Thank you for the continued feedback — there's plenty more ahead. 🚀
