Account states and readiness
Active, quarantined, inactive, over capacity — what puts an account in each, how long quarantine lasts, and the exact four conditions that decide whether autocop will use it at all.

There is a fourth thing the Status column can say, and it is not a state of the account at all — see Over capacity at the bottom of this page.
Quarantine
Kops pulls an account out of rotation by itself when Vinted answers with a protection signal. The account is not broken; it is being rested so the signal does not escalate into something permanent.

The cooldown is decided by which signal arrived, never by how many times it has happened. The count decides whether quarantine falls; the signal decides how long.
The account returns on its own when the cooldown ends — the Status column counts down to it. While it is out, it is removed from rotation and does not slow down your other accounts.
You can force it back early with Release in the account detail. Quarantine is what stands between a bad afternoon and a ban, so releasing it is worth a second thought.
Quarantining an account yourself
Quarantine in the account detail pauses an account on purpose.
Pick a duration — 5 minutes, 15, 30, 1 hour, 2, 4, 8, 24, or Indefinite. Useful when you suspect something is wrong with an account and want it out of the way without deleting it.
An indefinite quarantine never lifts on its own. It is the one that will still be there in a month, on an account you have forgotten you paused. The bulk menu offers the same list from 30 minutes up, without the two short ones.
Keep auto-quarantine on. With it off, an account whose card is being fraud-blocked keeps firing on every match, piling up failed attempts that could never succeed — and making your success rate look far worse than it is. If a card is being blocked, replace the card; do not switch off the mechanism protecting the account.
Inactive, and why
Inactive always carries a specific reason, readable in the account detail with the date it happened.

Two of those are worth a sentence more.
Kops does not deactivate on one refusal. Authentication failed repeatedly needs three consecutive confirmations that the session is dead, and the signal it counts is already conservative — Vinted said so, or refused for hours without saying so. A network blip does not cost you an account.
A ban is found without waiting for a purchase. Refreshing an account reads Vinted's own suspension flag, so a banned account is marked within one refresh cycle rather than at its next attempt.
The most common cause by far is an account added with an access token and no refresh token — see Adding an account.
What makes an account usable
The Readiness column carries one pill per thing the account needs, and a dashed one with a + for anything missing — click it to add that thing without leaving the table.

Autocop will not use an account unless all four of these are true, and they are checked afresh on every match:
- The account is Active — not quarantined, not inactive
- A card is saved
- An address is saved
- That address has been located on the map
The fourth one is the one nobody guesses. An address is text; choosing a pickup point needs coordinates, and Kops geocodes the address to get them. Almost always it works on the spot — but an address it could not place leaves the account with a green address pill and no coordinates, and the account is skipped exactly as if it had no address at all.
The fix is Refresh. Refreshing an account re-reads its address from Vinted and re-runs the geocoding. If an account looks perfectly set up and never appears in your attempts, refresh it before looking anywhere else.
Everything else you can see on the account — a verified email, a verified phone, a good speed score — is information, not a condition. Email verification is not part of the rule, and an account skipped for one of the four is skipped silently: nothing appears in your attempts, which is exactly why it looks like a mystery.
If autocop still ignores an account after those four, check the fifth thing, which is not on the account: if you use groups, the folder holding the matching filter must be bound to a group that contains this account.
Actions on an account
Click any row to open the account. From the footer:

Selecting several rows enables Refresh, Quarantine, Release quarantine, Add to group and Remove from Kops in bulk.
Refresh is also a repair, not just a read. It is what re-geocodes an address, what re-syncs a card you changed on Vinted, and what re-activates an account whose session came back.
What Remove actually does
It does not touch the Vinted account. It stops Kops using it — and that has consequences worth knowing before you click. The confirmation spells them out; here they are in a table.

Re-adding the account brings its history back. Its inbox automation you will have to set up again.
Over capacity
If your plan stops covering the number of accounts you have connected — a downgrade, an account pack that lapsed — the extra ones do not disappear. They are suspended, and their row says Over capacity in place of a status, tinted so it cannot be missed.
Which ones? The oldest accounts keep the slots. Capacity is filled in the order the accounts were connected, so it is your most recent additions that go over.
The tooltip tells you the two ways out: change plan so they all fit, or release one to free a slot. Both live in Settings → Subscription, where Resolve over-capacity lists everything currently beyond your plan — accounts and team members together — and lets you pick what to give up.
