Creating and Configuring Filters

Filters define the criteria of the items you want to purchase automatically — from categories and brands to colors, materials, keywords and shared team filters.

Introduction

Filters are the foundation of Kops. Each filter defines the criteria for an item you want to purchase automatically. The autocop continuously monitors all your active filters and attempts to purchase as soon as a matching item appears.

You can also enable notifications on a filter (without buying automatically), share filters with other members of your organization, and apply bulk actions to many filters at once.

Accessing the Filters Page

Go to /filters from the sidebar menu.

The page shows your filters grouped by folder, with quick controls at the top:

Search: type any text to find a filter by name
Quick filters: All / Enabled / Disabled, plus chips for Autocop and Notifications to narrow the list
+ New Filter, + New Folder, Import (mass import) buttons

Creating a Filter

Click on "+ New Filter" at the top right.

The creation modal opens with several configurable sections.

Importing from a Vinted URL

Do you already have a saved search on Vinted? Paste its URL to automatically import the criteria.

Expand the "Import from URL" section
Paste the URL of your Vinted search
Click on "Import"

The following fields are filled automatically: categories, brands, sizes, condition, price, video games.

Top-of-Filter Toggles

Right under the filter name, three quick toggles let you control how the filter behaves:

Toggle	Effect
lightning Filter active	Master switch. When off, the filter is paused — no detection, no notifications, no purchase.
🔔 Push notifications	When on, you'll get a push notification on every matching listing. Independent from autocop.
🤖 Autocop	When on, the bot tries to buy matching listings automatically (requires the global autocop button on the Feed page to also be enabled).

Tip: Many users keep autocop off and notifications on for filters they want to review manually before buying — perfect for high-value or low-volume searches.

Filter Configuration

Filter Name

Give your filter a descriptive name (e.g., "Nike Air Max 90 < 80€").

Price

Set a price range in euros.

Min: minimum price (leave empty = no minimum)
Max: maximum price (leave empty = no maximum)

Brands

Search and select one or more brands.

Type the beginning of the brand name in the search field
Select from the suggestions
Repeat to add other brands

Condition

Filter by item condition:

New with tags
New without tags
Very good
Good
Satisfactory
Some parts not working

Sizes

After selecting your categories, choose your sizes from the ones available for those categories.

If you select a video games category, two additional sections appear:

Platform: PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.
PEGI Rating: PEGI 3, 7, 12, 16, 18

Colors

Restrict matches to specific item colors. Type to search and click to add — selected colors appear as removable tags. Leaving the section empty means all colors are accepted.

Tip: Use this together with brand and category filters to nail very specific items (e.g. "black Jordan 1" or "white Nike Air Max").

Materials

Restrict matches to specific item materials (cotton, leather, denim, etc.). Search and select as many as you want — same logic as colors: empty = all materials accepted.

Why this is useful: counterfeit listings often skip the material field, so combining a required material with a brand filter is an easy way to filter out lower-quality knock-offs.

Refine your search with keywords in the title or description.

How keyword groups work

The "must contain" fields use a group-based logic:

Within a group: keywords are combined with OR — at least one keyword from the group must be present.
Between groups: groups are combined with AND — every group must match.

Title must NOT contain	OR (one is enough)	Any single keyword present is enough to exclude the listing
Description must contain	OR within groups, AND between groups	Each group must have at least one keyword match in the description

To add a keyword: type the word and press Enter or comma.

Simple & Advanced mode

By default, you start in Simple mode: all your keywords live in a single group (OR between them). This is ideal when you want to match any one of several terms.

Click "Advanced" to switch to Advanced mode, where you can create up to 10 groups separated by AND. Click "Simple" to merge everything back into one group.

Example 1 — Simple mode (OR): you want sneakers from Nike or Adidas.
Title must contain (single group): nike, adidas
Result: listings containing either "nike" or "adidas" in the title will be detected.

Example 2 — Advanced mode (AND + OR): you want Jordan 1 sneakers in both high and mid versions.
Group 1: jordan
Group 2: high, mid
Formula: (jordan) AND (high OR mid)
Result: the title must contain "jordan" and at least one of "high" or "mid".

Example 3 — Blacklist: filter out counterfeits.
Title must NOT contain: replica, fake, counterfeit
Result: listings containing any of these words will be excluded.

Tip — Exact phrases: if you add jordan 1 as a single keyword, the system will search for the exact string "jordan 1". If you add jordan and 1 as two separate keywords in the same group, either one being present is enough to match.

Search is case-insensitive: Jordan and jordan work the same way.

Choose the Vinted zones to monitor. Each zone groups several countries that share the same logistics infrastructure.

Default: Western Europe.

You can select multiple zones at the same time. The "Select all" and "Clear" buttons allow you to quickly manage the selection.

Tip: If you mainly buy in France, the "Western Europe" zone covers all countries with fast and affordable deliveries.

Saving the Filter

Click on "Create filter" (or "Save changes" for an existing filter).

Filter Behavior at a Glance

The three top-of-filter toggles combine like this:

Active + Autocop on + Notifications on → items are detected, you're notified and purchased automatically
Active + Autocop off + Notifications on → items are detected, you're notified, you buy manually
Active + Autocop on + Notifications off → silent autocop (no notification spam)
Active + Autocop off + Notifications off → items are detected and shown in the feed only
Filter disabled → nothing happens (no detection, no notification, no purchase)

Reminder: Per-filter autocop only fires if the global autocop button on the Feed page is also enabled (see Real-time Feed).

If you're in an organization, you can share an existing filter with other members.

Open the filter you want to share and expand the "Sharing" section at the bottom of the modal — or use the Share action from the row's ⋯ menu in the list

What subscribers can do: subscribers can adjust their personal settings on the filter — active toggle, notifications, autocop — without affecting other members. The search criteria (categories, brands, keywords, zones, etc.) are managed by the owner only.

Removing access: as the owner, reopen the Sharing section to remove individual subscribers. Subscribers can also leave a shared filter on their side via the row menu (it just unsubscribes them — the filter stays intact for everyone else).

Filter Folders

You can organize your filters into folders to group them by topic.

Click on "+ New folder" and give it a name. Drag and drop a filter into a folder from the list. You can also reorganize filters within a folder using drag & drop.

Folder options

The folder header (⋯ menu) gives you several power features:

Rename / Delete folder — deleting a folder moves its filters back to "Unfiled"
Pause folder — disables every filter inside in one click (useful when you go on vacation or to temporarily silence a whole category)
Sort by name (A→Z) — alphabetically reorders the filters inside the folder
Autocop preferences — set folder-level autocop overrides (e.g. restrict autocop in this folder to a specific account group); a small badge appears on filters whose folder overrides the global autocop preferences

Duplicating and Deleting Filters

Duplicate: Click the Copy icon on a filter row to create an identical copy. Useful for creating variations.
Delete: Click the delete icon on the filter row. A confirmation will be requested.

Bulk Actions

Tick the checkbox on a filter row (or the header checkbox to select everything visible) to enter selection mode. A toolbar appears at the bottom with the number of selected filters and an Actions menu.

The following bulk actions are available:

Action	What it does
Enable / Disable All	Toggles the active state on every selected filter
Enable / Disable Autocop	Switches autocop on or off in bulk
Enable / Disable Notifications	Switches push notifications on or off in bulk
Adjust Pricing	Bulk-edits the price range — choose `Set` (apply a new min/max), `Clear` (remove the bound) or `No change` independently for min and max
Adjust Zones	Bulk-edits geographic zones with three modes: `Replace` (overwrite), `Add` (merge in extra zones) or `Remove` (strip selected zones)
Share with…	Bulk-shares the selected filters with chosen org members. Replaces existing sharing for those filters; non-owned filters are skipped
Move to folder	From the same toolbar, move all selected filters into a folder at once
Delete	Deletes every selected filter (a confirmation dialog shows the exact count)

Note on Share: bulk share replaces the sharing configuration for each selected filter — members not in the new selection will lose access. If some filters in your selection aren't owned by you, they'll be skipped silently and you'll see a partial-success toast.

Use Deselect all in the toolbar (or untick the header checkbox) to leave selection mode.

Mass Import

You can import multiple filters at once via "Import" (upload icon) at the top of the page. Useful for migrating from another tool or quickly configuring a large number of filters.

Drag and drop the CSV file or click to select it
Review the preview: names, brands, categories, prices, zones are shown
Confirm the import

The CSV file must contain at least a name column. The following columns are automatically recognized:

Limit: 1000 filters maximum per import.
