#Filters and matching

Filter — one saved search Kops watches in real time. Categories, brands, price, keywords, countries, sellers. Unlimited on every plan. → Creating a filter

Match — a listing that satisfies every criterion of a filter. A match is the event everything else hangs off: it is what fills your feed, what fires a purchase, and what a notification is about.

Empty means all — the single most misread rule in the product. A criterion you leave blank does not exclude anything; it accepts everything. An empty brand list matches every brand. → Filter criteria

Group (of keywords) — a set of keywords where any one of them counts as a hit, while every group has to hit. Or inside, and between. → Keywords

Zone — a set of Vinted country markets a filter watches. Being in the same zone as a seller is necessary for a purchase to be possible, and not sufficient. → Zones, sellers and verification

Folder — a container for filters. Pause a folder and every filter inside it pauses. A folder can carry its own automatic-buying rules and be bound to a group of accounts. → Folders and sharing

Preview — the count of listings a filter would have matched recently. The fastest way to tell "too broad" from "too narrow" before arming anything.

#Buying

Ceiling — the price you set on a filter that decides what happens on a match: at or below it, Kops buys; above it, Kops can negotiate towards it. One number, and the most consequential setting in the product. → Automatic acquisition

Autocop — buying that fires on its own the instant a filter matches, with no action from you. Requires the Pro plan, and two switches: the global one and the filter's own. → Autocop

Auto Buy — Kops completing a checkout on Vinted on your behalf, triggered by you. One click in Kops rather than five taps in the app. Plus plan and above.

Auto Offer — Kops sending an offer automatically when a filter matches, and buying if the seller accepts. Pro plan.

Attempt — one recorded try at buying one item: when it started, which account, what happened, and why it ended the way it did. Attempts exist for the ones you lost as well as the ones you won — that is the point of them. → The Attempts page

Speed level — what an attempt reports about how much ground it had to cover: Maximum when everything was pre-filled, Delivery not pre-filled when it had to discover a pick-up point on the way. It is the single most legible reason a race was lost. → Address and shipping

The race — the seconds between a listing appearing and it being gone. Several buyers reach checkout on the same item; one payment completes first. Losing a race is the normal outcome, not an error. → Cop Faster

Pre-order — a standing instruction to buy an item that is not on sale yet, the second it is released. → Pre-orders

Bundle — several items from one seller bought as a single order, with one lot of postage and whatever discount the seller offers. → Bundles

Counter-offer — the seller's answer to your offer, naming their own price. Kops can answer those for you, with offers that converge on your ceiling. → Automatic negotiation

#Accounts

Vinted account — a real Vinted account you connect to Kops. It is what actually buys. → Adding a Vinted account

Readiness — whether an account can win anything: a payment card, a delivery address, shipping preferences. An account missing one is skipped by automatic buying, and it is skipped silently, because there is nothing it could have done. → Account states and readiness

Quarantine — an automatic pause on an account after Vinted pushes back on it. Its length depends on what Vinted said, and it exists to stop a bad hour becoming a lost account. → Account states and readiness

Account group — a coloured label on a set of accounts, and the unit every automation restricts itself to. Bind a folder to a group and only those accounts buy for it. → Account groups

Account pack — a paid add-on that raises the account ceiling by five accounts, available on Plus and Pro. → Account packs and seats

#The feed

Feed — every match from every active filter, live, as it appears.

Available — the listing is verified and ready to buy.

Verifying — Vinted is still checking the listing. It cannot be bought yet, and this is the state a pre-order targets.

Reserved — a checkout is holding the item. It goes back on sale if that payment does not complete. Reserved — Kops means the buyer is another Kops user.

Sold / Removed — gone, and gone by Vinted's hand respectively.

#Orders

Order — a successful purchase, tracked from the seller's label to your door. → The Purchases page

Status — what is happening to this parcel right now: seventeen of them, from Payment pending to Refunded. Not Vinted's own order state, which barely moves once you have paid. → Order statuses

Tab — the bucket a status falls into on the Purchases page: Preparation, In delivery, To collect, To validate, Done, Dispute, Cancelled. Every status is in exactly one.

Deadline — the one clock running on an order. Four kinds; only two of them can cost you something. → Deadlines

Pickup hold — how long the pick-up point keeps your parcel before returning it to the seller. The only deadline whose expiry destroys the purchase.

Confirmation window — the two days after delivery in which you can confirm receipt or report a problem. At the end of it Vinted confirms for you and pays the seller, which closes the door on refusing the item.

Estimated (on a deadline) — the window's length was inferred, always in the direction that has you arrive early. It does not mean advisory: the clock runs either way.

Frozen status — an order whose account can no longer talk to Vinted. It will never update again, and you can record your own verdict on it so it stops sitting in your live list. → Order statuses

Pick-up code — the credential that gets the parcel out: a scannable QR for parcels Vinted brokers itself, a short code by email for everyone else. → Pick-up points and codes

#Messages

Inbox — every conversation from every connected account, merged into one list. → The Inbox

Stage — where a conversation is in its life: Negotiation, Post-purchase, Dispute, Completed, Cancelled, Support, Uncategorized. The inbox's equivalent of a tab.

Uncategorized — not an error. A conversation nobody has opened yet, which Kops files properly the moment it reads it in full.

Hidden conversation — a thread made only of automated notices, with no real message in it. Hidden from the list, never deleted, and never the cause of a notification.

Buy bar — the strip at the bottom of a conversation: offer, buy, arm an auto-buy, follow a purchase, retry a failure. → The buy bar

Dispute — a complaint opened on a delivered order. It suspends the order while Vinted reviews it. → Disputes

#Tools

Toolbox — the four tools at /tools for the selling half of the job: Vinted Mirror, AI Description, Label Cropper and the Sales Extractor. All four are on every plan. → Listing tools

Allowance — how many times a tool may be run in one day, reset at midnight UTC. It is what a plan changes about the toolbox; a failure that was not your fault gives its slot back. → Plans and limits

Comparable — one real Vinted listing, sold or active, that the Resale Estimator prices your item against. An item with no comparables cannot be estimated, and the tool says so rather than inventing a number. → Sales and resale tools

#Workspace and billing

Workspace — the account everything belongs to: your filters, your Vinted accounts, your orders, and your team. You can belong to more than one. → Workspaces

Member — someone with access to a workspace, with a role that decides what they can do. → Members and roles

Seat — a paid slot for one team member, on the Pro plan. No plan includes one: Pro is what makes a team possible, and each member sits on a seat you buy separately. → Account packs and seats

Plan — Starter, Plus or Pro. It decides whether Kops can buy for you, how many Vinted accounts you may connect, and whether you can bring a team. → Plans and limits

Streamer mode — hides everything that identifies you or your parcels on screen — account names, addresses, pick-up points — so you can show your screen without showing your business. → Preferences
