Getting started
What Kops is, how its pieces fit together, and the shortest path from an empty account to a purchase that happened while you were asleep.
New here? Go straight to the Quickstart — it is the same path in ten minutes.
What Kops does
Kops watches Vinted for you and buys before anyone else can.
You describe what you are looking for. Kops sees every new listing on the markets you have selected, within seconds of it going up, and — if you told it to — buys the ones that match without waiting for you to be at your screen.
The part that is hard to appreciate until you have used it: the good listings are gone in under a minute. Being fast is not an optimisation, it is the whole product.
The four pieces
Everything in Kops is one of these, and they stack in this order.
| Piece | What it is |
|---|---|
| A filter | One saved search Kops watches in real time. Categories, brands, price, keywords, which countries, which sellers |
| A Vinted account | A real Vinted account you connect. It is what actually buys — a filter with no account behind it can only notify you |
| The feed | Every match, live, as it appears |
| An order | What a successful purchase becomes, tracked from label to doorstep |
Between the filter and the order sits the decision: does Kops just tell you, buy immediately, or open a negotiation? That is one number on the filter, and it is the most important setting in the product — Automatic acquisition.
Where to start

Getting your filters right is most of the work
A filter that is too broad buys things you cannot resell. A filter that is too narrow never fires. Most of the difference between a good month and a bad one is here, not in the automation.
The filter pages are split by the question they answer:
- Filter criteria — categories, brands, price, sizes, condition
- Keywords — include and exclude, and how phrases really match
- Zones, sellers and verification — who you end up trading with
- Folders and sharing — grouping, pausing, sharing with a team
- Bulk actions and import — editing dozens at once, bringing a library in
What your plan changes
Filters are unlimited on every plan, and so is the toolbox — every plan has all four tools, with a bigger daily allowance the higher you go. What actually changes is whether Kops can buy for you, how many Vinted accounts you can connect, and whether you can bring a team at all.
One thing worth knowing before you count on it: no plan includes a team member. Pro is the plan that can have a team, and each person sits on a seat you buy alongside the subscription.
