Plans and limits

6 min read

Three plans, and the line that matters is not price — it is whether Kops may buy for you at all. What each one unlocks, how many Vinted accounts it carries, and the two ceilings you raise with an add-on rather than an upgrade.

The live prices and the sign-up buttons are on /pricing. This page explains what the differences actually mean once you are using it.

The annual price is ten months for twelve.

Two rows are worth reading carefully. Listing tools — Description, Mirror, Cropper, Sales Extractor — are on every plan; what changes between tiers is the daily allowance, not whether you have them. Employee seats is a feature, not a quantity: Pro is the plan that can have a team, and each member is a seat you buy. See below.

The line that actually matters

It is between Starter and Plus, and it is not about volume.

Starter connects no Vinted account. It watches, it filters, it notifies, it estimates resale prices and it runs the whole toolbox — but nothing buys, because there is no account to buy with. It is a monitoring plan, and a good one if you want to learn a niche before spending.

Plus is where Kops buys. A connected account, one click, checkout completed for you. Plus the merged Inbox across every account you connect.

Pro is where it buys without you. Autocop fires on a match with no action from you, Automatic negotiation answers counter-offers, pre-orders take items still in verification, and you can bring a team.

The other way to read it: Starter tells you, Plus buys when you say so, Pro buys while you sleep.

Raising a ceiling without changing plan

Two ceilings move with an add-on rather than an upgrade, and they are billed alongside your subscription on the same interval.

Account packs add 5 accounts each, on both Plus and Pro. Up to 50 packs — beyond that, talk to us rather than clicking fifty times.

BaseWith packs
Plus10up to 260
Pro50up to 300

Employee seats add one team member each, on Pro, up to 100.

No plan includes a team member — not even Pro. What Pro includes is the ability to have one. A brand-new Pro workspace has room for exactly nobody until you buy a seat, and the members section says so: {used} / {total} seats used, with the invite button refusing when there is no free seat.

That is the one number people misread on this page, so it is worth stating twice: seats are bought one at a time and each one carries a price, the way an account pack does. Account packs and seats has the buying, the pricing and the asymmetry — adding is instant, removing waits for the end of the period.

Daily tool quotas

The toolbox has a per-day allowance that resets every day:

ToolStarterPlusPro
Description525Unlimited
Mirror1050Unlimited
Cropper1050Unlimited
Sales Extractor520Unlimited
Resale estimator10UnlimitedUnlimited

A job that fails through no fault of yours — our side, or Vinted's — gives the slot back. See Listing tools.

Filters have no daily axis: they are a ceiling, not an allowance, and the ceiling is unlimited on every plan.

The trial

Starter comes with a 3-day trial, and it is the only plan that has one. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged until the three days are up — cancel before then and you pay nothing at all.

Pick Plus or Pro and billing starts immediately.

Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately, billed pro rata, so you only pay for what you use. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period, so nothing is cut off mid-month.

You can cancel at any time from your settings. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.

Nothing is deleted. Kops will not let you exceed the new limit going forward, and tells you which resource is over.

Before a downgrade takes effect, bring yourself under the new ceiling — disconnect the accounts you no longer need, or remove the seats — so the change lands cleanly.

A downgrade also cancels any add-on the target plan does not sell, at the same moment and with no refund. Account packs and seats covers what that looks like.

When something is locked

The interface never hides a feature you cannot use; it tells you what it would take.

What you seeWhat it means
This feature requires the {plan} planIt exists on a higher tier. The button takes you to the upgrade
Subscription pausedYours is paused. Restart it and access comes back
Payment past dueA payment failed. Sort out the billing and access is restored
Permission requiredYour plan is fine — your role in this workspace does not allow it. Ask an admin

That last one catches people out on a team: a locked feature is not always a billing question.
